Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
We offer confidential, brief counselling sessions (typically 3–6 sessions) to employees dealing with personal or work-related issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, or grief. This includes immediate support during crisis situations like traumatic workplace events or personal emergencies. We help employees navigate challenges related to balancing professional and personal responsibilities, managing workplace stress, addressing burnout, and developing coping strategies for demanding work environments or major life transitions. We conduct confidential assessments for employees struggling with alcohol or drug use, provide initial counselling support and make referrals to appropriate treatment programs or specialists when longer-term intervention is needed. We provide guidance to managers and supervisors on how to address employee performance issues, handle difficult situations with staff, recognise signs of distress in team members, and create supportive workplace environments while maintaining appropriate boundaries. We connect employees with specialised services and community resources for issues beyond the scope of brief EAP counselling, such as legal assistance, financial counselling, childcare or eldercare support, and ongoing mental health treatment, through our networks of trusted specialists and service providers. Our EAP services are designed to be easily accessible, confidential, and focused on helping employees resolve issues quickly so they can maintain productivity and well-being at work.

Executive Coaching
We help executives understand their leadership style, personality traits, strengths, and blind spots through psychological assessments and reflective exercises, enabling more effective self-management and interpersonal interactions. We work with clients to develop skills in recognising and managing their own emotions and understanding others' emotional states, which is crucial for building relationships, navigating conflict, and making sound decisions under pressure. Using evidence-based psychological techniques, we help executives identify and modify counterproductive behaviours, develop new habits, and overcome obstacles that may be limiting their effectiveness or career advancement. We provide strategies for managing the intense pressures of executive roles, preventing burnout, and building psychological resilience to handle setbacks, uncertainty, and high-stakes situations more effectively. We coach executives on how to communicate more effectively with different stakeholders, navigate difficult conversations, build trust with teams, and enhance their influence and presence in organisational settings. These services are typically delivered through one-on-one coaching sessions (and sometimes group sessions) with the psychologist drawing on clinical training to address both professional performance and underlying psychological factors that may affect leadership effectiveness.

Financial Psychology
We provide therapeutic interventions for clients who have experienced financial trauma such as poverty, bankruptcy, foreclosure, sudden loss of income, or growing up in financially unstable environments. We help our clients to process these experiences, and understand how past financial wounds shape current behaviours, and we nudge them to develop healthier coping mechanisms and financial self-concept. We work with clients who are navigating the psychological challenges of moving between socioeconomic classes, addressing feelings of guilt about upward mobility, imposter syndrome, conflicts between old and new financial values, the hidden rules of different economic classes, and we help clients to integrate their background with their current financial reality without losing their identity. We help clients distinguish between genuine systemic and structural obstacles (discrimination, economic inequality, lack of access to opportunities) and learned helplessness or limiting beliefs, empowering them to act where possible while acknowledging real constraints, and developing advocacy skills and strategic approaches to navigate unjust systems. We work with clients to shift from scarcity-based thinking (fear, hoarding, never-enough mentality) to abundance mindset through cognitive restructuring, addressing underlying anxiety about resources, challenging limiting beliefs, and developing healthier psychological relationships with money that enable both security and generosity. We support clients dealing with the financial and emotional reality of supporting extended family members, helping them to balance cultural obligations with personal financial goals, develop healthy boundaries around money requests, manage guilt and family pressure, and create sustainable support strategies that do not compromise their own financial security. We conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations that examine clients' money personalities, financial attachment styles, risk tolerance, spending triggers, values-money alignment, and unconscious financial scripts, providing detailed insights that inform personalised treatment plans and financial decision-making strategies tailored to their unique psychological makeup. We design and deliver organisational interventions including workshops on financial psychology, employee financial stress assessments, money management skill-building, retirement planning psychology, and creating workplace cultures that reduce financial shame and support employees' overall financial mental health. These services address both the psychological dimensions of money and how financial concerns intersect with workplace performance and overall mental wellbeing.
